Formed in Macclesfield in England many moons ago (the year 2,000 to be precise!), Lookin are known for their hard mix of crashing guitars and stop start breaks with throbbing harmonies, which was shaped by influences such as Green Day, Biffy Clyro, Muse, blink-182, System Of A Down, Foo Fighters, QOTSA and many more. 

The band is comprised of Theo Bowers (vocals and bass) Christian D’Acuña (vocals and guitar), and Matt Evans (drums and vocals), and have played countless gigs around the UK, most notably in Manchester including legendary venues such as The Academy, The Roadhouse, Night & Day Cafe, and Band On The Wall on several occasions, and also performing in historic London venues The Underworld, Upstairs at The Garage, The Hope & Anchor and Dublin Castle. 

Releasing three EP’s in as many years and gaining radio play from the legendary Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio, the band were on hiatus for a short while but have since performed annual shows in Macclesfield, and are due to release debut album 24 this year. The album is a collection of songs the band have written over the years that were recorded at Big Red Studios in Macclesfield in February 2024 and will be available to stream digitally and on limited edition vinyl (only 24 copies available) on 12/12/24.
